PROCESS
Preconstruction Planning Stage
During our initial meeting we will focus on listening to your needs, wants and personal style preferences to gain a good understanding of what you are looking for in your new space.
We will discuss potential time frames, your budget and required permits should you choose to move forward.
We work closely with a designer who will meet with you to interpret all of your ideas and integrate them into a preliminary design of your vision.
Construction Stage
Once you are happy with your plan the construction drawings can be finalized and a quote will be assembled.
After a contract is signed, the permit set of drawings will be completed and the necessary permits will be applied for.
Demolition of the existing space will commence and any unexpected issues will be discussed and resolved. We believe that open and regular communication is essential to a positive experience for everyone.
Throughout the construction process the project manager will meet with you to keep you up to date on the progress and to discuss any decisions that need to be made.
Completion and After Care
Once complete, we will schedule a final walk through to ensure you are 100% delighted with your new home.
We will answer any questions you may have and discuss any maintenance that your new space may require.
After you’ve had a chance to enjoy your new space, you may have some questions; Vanderbuilt will always be accessible to discuss those with you.
