I wanted to take this opportunity to write to you and thank you very much again for the lovely new kitchen that you recently created in my old house. In particular I wanted to commend you for your patience and support in helping me to determine what exactly could be done, figuring out what options would be available to me given my budget and investigating and providing feedback on those options. Given that the work involved the complete gutting of the kitchen, I was concerned that all kinds of things might go wrong, but your care and assurances as the project unfolded were much appreciated, and any bumps encountered were dealt with easily.

Your professionalism was evident from start to finish in that you never missed any appointments, you carefully walked me through the estimated costs, timelines and various options, you kept me in the loop as the work unfolded, kept me apprised of any changes (real or anticipated), the house was always neat and tidy when I came home (a feat given the small space and extent of the renovation), you coordinated other trades people and finally, you finished the job on budget and within the time frames that you had estimated. I know that working on my house is not easy given the irregularities in the floors, walls and ceilings, but the final product is beautiful and I am very happy with my new kitchen. You and your work colleagues were always so pleasant and respectful – you made the whole process a lot easier and smoother than I had expected.
